Upload a PDF, import an RMS record, or type details in. BLTN pulls out key information into structured FBI/NCIC fields. Review, add media, and publish. Drafts save automatically.
Share with the right people.
Set access for people, agencies, or the BLTN network. Links are email-verified and permissions stay live, so revoking access takes effect immediately.
Export branded PDFs.
Create an agency-branded PDF with a QR code linking back to the live bulletin. Rolling out agency by agency.
Also new: duplicate uploads get flagged before they post.
